Small Portable Electronic Scale for travelling
A gadget that I got off eBay which is very handy when it comes to travelling since the Airlines companies limit you with the weight of your goods. It costs around 3-4 USD which is a very cheap amount for what it does. It does have different units which is useful for all countries.

Run Plex on your Computer then go to Channel Directory then go to more then go to Foreign (Region-Restricted) Plug-ins then scroll down till you find hulu and select and install it.
Now on your iOS device or Roku, go to channels and select hulu then go to preferences & enter your Email address & passowrd of hulu to log in & enjoy :)

Which Roku should you get?
Which Roku should you get? LT? HD? 2 XD? or 2 XS?
Lets talk about each one of them, then I will tell you my opinion and it's up to you to choose one of them.
LT: it does come in purple only which is a unique color in my opinion, unlike the standard black, it does share in common with all models that it has 600+ channels, one-stop search, works with any TV (HDTV or SDTV) because it has both HDMI and AV out, the wireless module is b/g/n compatible, and it plays 720p only, 1080p is not supported.
But who needs the 1080p? 720p is more than enough, trust me.
& it comes with the bluetooth Remote Control, which is a great feature since you can hide your Roku in a drawer and still be able to control it.
The Remote does not have a built in motion sensor or gaming buttons for gaming.
HD: it does come in black only, it does share in common with all models that it has 600+ channels, one-stop search, works with any TV (HDTV or SDTV) because it has both HDMI and AV out, the wireless module is b/g/n compatible, and it plays 720p only, 1080p is not supported.

N.B. Both models the Roku LT and the Roku HD are identical, except for the price point where the HD is 10$ or 10GBP more expensive.
so, if i were you, i wouldn't look at the HD at all. why pay 10$/GBP more for the color?
2 XD: it does come in black only, it does share in common with all models that it has 600+ channels, one-stop search, works with any TV (HDTV or SDTV) because it has both HDMI and AV out, the wireless module is b/g/n compatible, and it plays 720p & 1080p.

& it comes with the bluetooth Remote Control, which is a great feature since you can hide your Roku in a drawer and still be able to control it.
it comes with Ethernet port for direct connection to your wireless modem & it does have a USB port for direct play media from a USB flash memory.
Free angry birds game is also included with the 2 XS.
The Remote has a built in motion sensor & gaming buttons for gaming.
All models have a free iOS app that can control the device via bluetooth.
in All models you need to subscribe for Netflix, hulu plus & amazon prime to enjoy new contents.
bottom line: if you need the gaming for your kids get the 2 XS because it's the only one that has a gaming remote, but a gaming remote can be sold separately and you can connect it to any Roku.
if you need the Ethernet port then get the 2 XS because it's the only model with the feature. the USB port is useless because it only plays mp4 format.
the best value for the money is the LT. I would get the LT if I wanted to save money and to enjoy a great media streaming device.

Roku 2 XS unboxing video
Roku 2 XS unboxing video
The Roku 2 XS is a great Multimedia device that has a lot of things to offer like hundreds of channels, some are free and some are paid plus the great app called PLEX that lets you stream media from your Computer to your TV.
It does have Netflix, Hulu and amazon Prime which other multimedia player don't support like the Apple TV.
In the box comes:
- The Device itself that has HDMI, microSD card, ETHERNET port, AV port and the DC in for charging
- Remote control with motion sensor and gaming buttons
- AV cable
- HDMI cable
What's great about this particular model that it offers Ethernet port that other Roku models don't offer and that's for a better internet connectivity for people who still suffer a slow connection.
and What makes it better than the Apple TV that it can connect to an older TV models using the AV cable included, unlike the Apple TV that forces you to upgrade your TV to HDTV.
bottom line: buy it

Mini Display Port to VGA adapter
Mini Display Port to VGA adapter
As the title says, it's a Mini Display Port to VGA adapter for MacBook, as probably most of you know, that MacBooks don't come with a VGA port on board, that's why Apple and some third party manufacturers make adapters to fix this problem. Simply it does give you a VGA Port to connect with an external monitor or some other devices like projectors and other..
